SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.· DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE, la solicitud presentada por CARLOS EMILIO TUME AVENDAÑO, SANTOS CCORAHUA AYTE, EULALIA HINOJOSA ASCUE, FRANCISCO CISNEROS SULLCAHUAMAN, JUAN HERNAN FLORES VIRTO, BERTHA AQUILINA CASTAÑEDA VELASQUEZ, YANETH YASMINE SOLIS AYMA en su calidad de heredera de PABLO SOLIS GUTIERREZ, SERAPIO QUISPE PUMACAYO, ANGEL CAMPOS GALLEGOS, BERNABE ELY VALENZUELA RAMOS y LIVIA EDUVIGES LOPEZ BUSTINZA, personal activo y cesante del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac, peticionando el cumplimiento por lo dispuesto en los artículos 1º y 6º del Decreto Supremo N° 051-91-PCM respecto al reintegro, pago de devengados e intereses legales por concepto de remuneración principal, en atención a los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- TRANSCRIBIR, la presente Resolución a las Instancias administrativas correspondientes del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac y notificar al interesado para su conocimiento y fines consiguientes. ( VER PDF )
