HA APROBADO EL SIGUIENTE ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.- «DECLARAR DE INTERES Y NECESIDAD REGIONAL del Proyecto denominado: MEJORAMIENTO DE LA AMPLIACIÓN DEL SERVICIO EDUCATIVO DEL NIVEL Nº 1105, Nº 92 – REYNA DE LOS ÁNGELES, Nº 1106 SAN JUAN DE DIOS EN LOS DISTRITOS DE ABAN CA Y Y CURAHUASI, con el CUI Nº 2507785».
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. – ENCARGAR, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional. Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura, el cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo de Consejo Regional
ARTÍCULO TERCERO.- DELEGAR, al Secretario General del Consejo Regional la notificación del Presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional. Se dé a conocer para su cumplimiento y fines de Ley.
ARTÍCULO CUARTO.- PUBLICAR Y DIFUNDIR el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales y en el Portal Electrónico del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac para su conocimiento y fines.
