HA APROBADO EL SIGUIENTE ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE NECESIDAD E INTERÉS PÚBLICO REGIONAL CONSTRUCCIÓN SISTEMA DE RIEGO MOLINO-TIPIN MARGEN DERECHA QUEBRADA OLLABAMBA, DISTRITO DE MARISCAL GAMARRA,
PROVINCIA DE GRAU, REGION APURIMAC.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- PUBLICAR Y DIFUNDIR el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales y en el Portal Electrónico del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac para su conocimiento y fines.
