HA APROBADO EL ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL SIGUIENTE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE NECESIDAD E INTERÉS PUBLICO REGIONAL LA CREACIÓN DEL DISTRITO DE CASABAMBA – PROVINCIA DE CHINCHEROS – REGION APURIMAC.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- PUBLICAR y DIFUNDIR, el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales
POR TANTO:
Mando se Registre, Publique y Cumpla.
