APROBARON EL SIGUIENTE ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE PRIORIDAD E INTERÉS REGIONAL EL PROYECTO DENOMINADO: ELABORACIÓN DEL EXPEDIENTE «CREACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD VIAL INTERURBANA EN EL MARGEN IZQUIERDO DEL RÍO ANTABAMBA TRAMO: PUENTE TUPAC AMARU, MASOPAMPA, DISTRITOS DE YANACA, TAPAIRIHUA, DE LA PROVINCIA DE AYMARAES, DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE APURÍMAC» CUI N° 2664076.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- ENCARGAR, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional, Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura, Gerencia Regional de Planeamiento Presupuesto y Acondicionamiento Territorial y la Sub Gerencia de Programación multianual – OPMI, el cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo de Consejo Regional.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO.- PUBLICAR Y DIFUNDIR el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Artículo 42° de la Ley 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales y sus Modificatorias, y en el Portal Electrónico del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac para su conocimiento y fines.
