ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.-«DECLARA DE PRIORIDAD Y INTERÉS REGIONAL LA CREACIÓN Y GESTIÓN DE HOGARES DE REFUGIO TEMPORAL-HTR, EN LA REGIÓN APURÍMAC, con la finalidad de prevenir y reducir el feminicidio y los índices de violencia contra la mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar;
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. – ENCARGAR, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional, Gerencia Regional de Desarrollo Social, el cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo de Consejo Regional.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO.- DELEGAR, al Secretario General del Consejo Regional la notificación del Presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional, al Ejecutivo Regional, Gerente General Regional y la Gerencia Regional de Desarrollo Social. Se dé a conocer para su cumplimiento y fines de Ley.
ARTÍCULO CUARTO.- PUBLICAR Y DIFUNDIR el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad Ley en el Portal Electrónico del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac para su conocimiento y fines.
