HA APROBADO EL ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL SIGUIENTE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE NECESIDAD PUBLICA E INTERES REGIONAL LA INCLUSION DE LOS PIPs MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS DE LOS CENTROS RURALES DE FORMACION EN ALTERNANCIA CRFA VIRGEN DEL ROSARIO, TUPAC AMARU DISTRITO DE HAQUIRA, QOLLANA, DISTRITO DE MARA, PROVINCIA DE COTABAMBAS, DEPARTAMENTO DE APURIMAC, CON CUI Nº 2415510 Y MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO EDUCATIVO DEL INSTITUTO DE EDUCACION SUPERIOR TECNOLOGICO PUBLICO DE HAQUIRA DEL DISTRITO DE HAQUIRA, PROVINCIA DE COTABAMBAS, APURIMAC, CON CUI Nº 2339909.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- ENCARGAR a la Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura ejecute las acciones administrativas, para el cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional.
ARTICULO TERCERO.- PUBLICAR y DIFUNDIR, el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales
