HA APROBADO EL ACUERDO DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL SIGUIENTE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR DE NECESIDAD PUBLICA E INTERES REGIONAL LA INCLUSION DEL PIP MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD DE LOS PUESTOS DE SALUD HUANCASCCA, HUANCA UMUYTO, PAMPA SAN JOSE, HAPURO,
QUEUÑAPAMPA, PATAN, MUTUHUASI, LLACHUA, ANTAPUNCO, CCOCHA Y MOCABAMBA, DISTRITO DE HAQUIRA, PROVINCIA DE COTABAMBAS, REGION APURIMAC, CON CUI Nº 2234333, EN EL PROGRAMA MULTIANUAL DE INVERSIONES 2023-2025 DEL GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE APURIMAC.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- ENCARGAR a la Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura ejecute las acciones administrativas, para el cumplimiento del presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional.
ARTICULO TERCERO.- PUBLICAR y DIFUNDIR, el presente Acuerdo del Consejo Regional de conformidad con el artículo 42 de la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales
