HECHOS EXPUESTOS EN LA SOLICITUD:
1. El CONSORCIO AMANCAES (DKM EIRL – DAKAP EIRL – DAVID PASTOR OROZCO) viene ejecutando la Obra «MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CAPACIDAD DE PRESTACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS. DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA INICIAL N° 01 SANTA TERESITA DEL NIÑO JESÚS DEL DISTRITO DE ABANCAY, PROVINCIA DE ABANCAY, REGIÓN APURÍMAC», en base al Contrato Gerencial Regional N° 2466-2013-GR-APURIMAC/GG del 19 de Noviembre del 2013 y la Resolución Gerencial Regional N° 050-2014-GR.APURIMAC/GRI del 12.09.14 que aprueba el Expediente Técnico, con el GOBIERNO REGINAL DE APURIMAC.
